Zura Group began as a consultant to U.S. Fortune 500 defense contractors and government agencies, specializing in logistics and infrastructure support for special operations in East Africa. Our early efforts centered on delivering strategic advisory services in complex and high-risk environments.

We transitioned from advisory to active execution, delivering logistics services and supplying critical materials and consumables. Remaining focused on East Africa, we established ourselves as a hands-on operator, expanding our capabilities and securing strategic sites to support growing operational demands.

Zura Group became the largest provider of logistics and supply support "outside the wire" in Africa. We expanded our services to allied governments and foreign commercial clients, extended our reach into Southern Africa, and secured key strategic logistics nodes to support regional operations.

Our operations expanded across West Africa, beginning in Anglophone regions and later moving into Francophone markets. We continued to deliver stability-focused logistics and infrastructure services, establishing a strong and strategic presence in the region.

We launched a full-service Natural Resources division, covering the full lifecycle of critical minerals, rare earth elements, and nuclear material—including exploration, validation, export, and sales. In addition to our core stability offerings, we now provide intelligence-related solutions to select qualified clients.

With strategic logistics hubs, resource operations, and multinational partnerships, Zura Group continued to shape markets and unlock value. Our expansion into North Africa and the Middle East leveraged our expertise to position us as a catalyst for transformation across emerging economies.

Zura Group signed an MOU with a Tier-1, LATAM-focused university to fast-track our expansion into the Caribbean, Central, and Latin America. We also launched our advisory division to deliver strategic value to clients and partners seeking expert guidance across complex markets.
