Zura Group began as a consultant for U.S. Fortune 500 defense contractors and the U.S. government, specializing in logistics and logistics infrastructure for special operations in East Africa. Our early work focused on providing strategic advisory services in critical environments.

We transitioned from advising to actively executing operations, providing logistics services and supplying materials and consumables. Continuing our focus on East Africa, we solidified our role as a hands-on operator, expanding capabilities and acquiring strategic sites to support our growing operations.

Zura Group became the largest vendor providing logistics and supply support "outside the wire" for the U.S. government and contractors. We expanded our services to allied governments and foreign commercial clients, broadening our reach into Southern Africa and securing key strategic logistics nodes.

Our operations grew into West Africa, specifically in Anglophone regions. We continued delivering stability-focused logistics and infrastructure services, establishing a strong presence in key markets.

We launched a full-service natural resources division, covering exploration, validation, export, and sales for minerals, rare earth elements, and agriculture. Our expansion into Francophone West Africa further strengthened our market position and diversified our service offerings.

With strategic logistics hubs, resource operations, and multinational partnerships, Zura Group continued shaping markets and unlocking value. We expanded into North Africa and the Middle East, leveraging our expertise to position ourselves as a catalyst for transformation in emerging economies.

Zura Group signed an MOU with Florida International University to fast-track our expansion into Central and Latin America. We also added our advisory division to provide strategic value to clients and external partners seeking expert support.
